Graduates of the HSE taking part in the programme study for one year in Russia and one year in Britain. In each country, students follow the academic plans of the respective institution, which are available on the universities’ websites.

About the programme
Cooperation between the HSE Faculty of Business Informatics and Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) began in 2011. A joint programme covers a wide range of issues concerning e-business, internet technologies, entrepreneurship and innovation in the area of information technologies.
Prospective students The programme is intended for ambitious graduates with a higher education in the areas of business informatics, economics, management, information systems, and information technologies and who are interested in acquiring knowledge and practical skills related to entrepreneurship and innovation in the area of internet and information technologies.
Language of instruction Russian and English
Place of study Instruction takes place in Moscow, Russia at the HSE and in Lancaster, UK at Lancaster University Management School.
Admissions To gain admission to the programme, students must be enrolled in either the Master’s in E-business or Master’s in Business Informatics. During the first year of the program, students must submit documents and pass competitive evaluation for admission to the Lancaster University Management School.
TuitionThe cost of the first year of tuition is determined by the general cost of tuition in the HSE Faculty of Business Informatics and by the results of admissions testing. The cost of the second year is determined by the cost of tuition at the Lancaster University Management School (GBP 14,000 with a discount of 10%).Each year a competition is held for a stipend of GBP 9,000, which is appleid as a tuition discount. Furthermore, there is an opportunity to study tuition-free under a work-study programme for 1 or 2 modules.
